Overview
Signal Loom AI™ (AIM Elemental Health Solutions, Inc.) provides AI-powered software tools, APIs, and SEO audit services. By using our products and services, you agree to these terms.
Products & Services
AISO Bot — AI agent SEO audit API. Scorecard and full report delivery via email after purchase.
LoomLens AI — Cost estimation router for AI model queries. Local processing; prompts sent to your chosen model providers under their privacy policies.
Signal Loom AI Platform — Custom software development, API integrations, and consulting services.
Accounts & API Keys
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys
- API keys must not be shared publicly or embedded in client-side code
- We reserve the right to suspend keys that are used in violation of these terms
- One free API key per email address; additional keys require a paid plan
Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use our services for illegal activities or fraud
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits or billing systems
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense API access without written permission
- Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data from our services
- Reverse engineer our APIs or software for competitive purposes
Billing & Payments
AISO Bot Credits:
- Credits are purchased via Stripe checkout and are non-refundable
- Unused credits expire based on your plan tier (monthly/annual)
- Failed payments may result in suspension of access
Token Credit Plans:
- Branded (signalloomai.com): $3/scorecard, $7/full report per credit
- White Label: $6/scorecard, $11/full report per credit
- Agency/Enterprise: Volume pricing per agreement
Refunds: Due to the nature of digital credits, all purchases are final. If you experience a technical issue, contact support within 30 days.
Service Level
- We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible
- We are not liable for losses arising from service downtime
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product with 30 days notice
Data & Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of any data you submit through our services
- We retain ownership of our software, APIs, algorithms, and branding
- Audit reports generated are for your use; you may not resell the reports themselves
- Signal Loom AI may use anonymized, aggregated usage data to improve products
API Behavior
- AISO Bot API calls consume credits based on audit type (scorecard = 1 credit, full report = 3 credits)
- Rate limits apply per plan tier
- API responses include machine-readable evidence URLs; do not cache indefinitely
- We may update signal weights and algorithms; changes will be documented in release notes
Third-Party Services
- Payments processed by Stripe (stripe.com/terms)
- AI model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek, etc.) operate under their own terms and privacy policies
- We are not responsible for third-party service failures or policies
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Signal Loom AI is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim
Termination
- You may cancel your subscription at any time via Stripe or by contacting us
- We may terminate accounts that violate these terms immediately and without refund
- Upon termination, your API keys will be deactivated and data retained per our data retention policy
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Spokane County, Washington.
